Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the pickup receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
